When I was coming home I figured I would hit up one of my "sure thing" spots, and told myself I would only stay until I either lost a fly, or really made a mess of my line - so I wasn't expecting to be there long. Surprisingly I caught 2 ~8" brookies, and hooked something bigger but lost it.
When I got home I went back down to the river. My neighbors were already there, and had caught a trout earlier. I hooked something big, but lost it before I could get it close enough for a picture.
